The Chimes of Freedom Tickets: $20

Thursday 1st July at Victoria Park Bowling Club, Kent St, Victoria Park. Starting at 7pm

Margaret Woda (a project manager for World Vision in Sumba, Indonesia) is also a volunteer for Golgota – a group that supports a number of young children who otherwise would not have the opportunity to go to school. Some of the reasons they need money are for:

chairs and tables

books and pencils

teachers’ wages

a building

Working Voices Choir (under the baton of well-known and respected choir master and singer-songwriter, Bernard Carney) sing songs of social justice from around the world.

The choir will present a concert entitled “Chimes of Freedom” to raise money for those children, and all the funds raised will go directly to Margaretha for the Golgota group and the people who support them.

To book, contact Cherry Ray on 9362 1674.

To book by email, contact Bernard and Eleanor Carney
